Cancellation policy
Every paid visit includes a 3% booking fee. That fee is what holds the chair — it is not a tip and it is not refunded when you release a visit.

24 hours or more
The service is released in full. The 3% booking fee is kept — it is what held the chair.

Inside 24 hours
Half the service plus the booking fee. The artist already turned other work away.

Same-day last-minute holds
Once an artist agrees to a squeeze-in, the booking fee is due even if you later release it.

No-show
The full service and fee are charged. Message the desk if you are running late; we hold fifteen minutes.
We hold fifteen minutes past the start. Message the artist from Inbox if you are running late. Loyalty points are not restored on a cancelled visit.
